Here is 1 more very interesting panoramic image from my trip last month to Yosemite National Park. It is one of my favorite images from the trip, but it is definitely on the abstract side. One of those pictures that I almost walked past without taking. I shot it with my Fotoman 6×12 camera. What do you think?
In other news, I am heading up to Juneau, Alaska tomorrow for 12 days. My painting buddy Dominik Modlinski is going to meet me on Tuesday. We hope that the weather will cooperate enough to allow us to cruise to Lituya Bay on the outer coast of Glacier Bay National Park like we tried unsuccessfully to do last July. Wish me luck!

Jon:
Congratulations on the cover of Backpacker, very nice shot. Really enjoyed your picture of Yosemite Pond reflection. I hae already purchased a number of your photos after seeing your work in the convention cennter when I visited Seattle almost a year ago. Good luck with Alaska, one oy favorite places. I hope to travel back sometime in the future so that I can take some form of photo trip. Your work is very interesting to me and I am trying to use it as good benchmark to evaluate my photography.
keep up the great work.
Stephen
I think this is an amazing reflection I find sometimes the water image is more interesting than the “original”
